AI-Powered Contract Analysis Platform
An end-to-end contract intelligence system built for Performance Contractors to automate legal document review. The platform ingests large contract PDFs, generates clause-level embeddings, and enables fast semantic search and chat-based analysis across thousands of pages. Built with a React frontend and a FastAPI backend, the system uses Qdrant for vector search, Firebase for secure document storage, and Celery + Redis for asynchronous document processing. The AI workflow identifies required or missing clauses, highlights where clauses appear in documents, and returns answers in seconds—dramatically reducing review time, cost, and manual effort.
